Yes indeed all the predators are here , and for this time I have no problems to catch baitfish, yesterday at least thirthy frigate mackerel and bonito.
Almost all thes small ones ended up between the jaws of a wahoo, kingfish or Giant trevally.
A wahoo of 26 kg and two smaller species, two GT's of 28 and 24 kg and two baracuda, the day before ,lost a black marlin ,catched three wahoo ,a yellowfin tuna of 20kg and ,yes they are following me ,a very strong bullshark that we released of 240kg est. He was anyway bigger than the bullshark of last year that was bringing in to weigh at 225 kgs.

... Eclare has only fished 5 days and most short days at that, but she has had some fantastic fishing. She has already had 3 Black Marlin and seen quite a few others. Other game fish are around in abundance as well. She has recorded 7 Giant Trevally all over 20 kgs with the biggest being 30+kgs..There are some very big wahoo around with plenty topping the 20 kgs mark. There has been a few more days fished out of Watamu. White Dove has had some incredible fishing with 10 Black Marlin and 1 Striped Marlin already this month. On one of these days they had 300+kgs of wahoo.. more
